C4 Sport Pre Workout Powder with 135mg Caffeine, 30 Servings

I’ve been using C4 as my pre-workout, and I love it! It gives me a great boost of energy, improves my focus, and helps me push through even my toughest workouts. I don’t feel jittery, and the flavor is really good. It has definitely helped me perform better at the gym. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective pre-workout!

This was my first time taking pre-workout. I was worried about it being too chalky or making me feel itchy. It has a great flavor and is not chalky at all when using the correct portions. The first time I took it, I did feel kind of jumpy and excited, but every time after that I feel mostly normal, other than slightly heightened energy before a workout. I highly recommend this if you want to get into taking pre-workout for a good energy boost.

pretty good stuff, i definitely felt the tingles (which i love). when i first started taking it, i felt like i did a few lines of coke right in the gym locker room before i stepped out on the floor. though, depending on how i feel in the morning (aka whether i decide to be lazy or productive) i'll take my pre-workout one of two ways. 1. like a sane, normal human being would by adding it into a bottle of water, shaking, diluting and gulping it down. 2. or, i'd dry scoop it like some sort of deranged psychopath. either way, i felt the same effects except that i had the insatiable, yet aggressive urge to poop if i dry scoop it. my point is, despite the way the preworkout would travel down my food shoot, the first two weeks were great but eventually the drive wouldn't last long. the first half of my workout was great dwayne the rock johnson and by the second half i'm kevin hart. idk, it's kind of unfortunate because when it lasted throughout my whole workout, i still felt great after. this is a personal experience, but i'm pretty sure it's not like this for everyone. but i will say, i do enjoy the flavor and so far, despite everything i still prefer this preworkout over the ones i've tried previously. and there's been many. 4/5 stars will (still) recommend.

Gotta be the best pre workout for the price. Brought me back to my early days of working out. This flavor is still unmatched

I dont have a lot of experience with pre work outs so take this with some salt The consistency and taste are spot on It seems to give me focus and drive at the gym so not to sure about how "effective" it is without having a bit more experience with others but if u want something decent I would say go for this as its been my go to for the past year and it seems to work for me and always in stock

I love it! It’s delicious if you like blue raspberry. It gives me lots of energy annd focus and I don’t even get the tingly feeling and no digestive problems. I do feel my heart racing a bit, which is normal. I add more creatine bc creatine is amazing! They have enough for your muscles in it but I’ve just been learning about all the other benefits of creatine! After your muscles get enough creatine about 5mg, then it goes to the brain and can even slightly protect it from injury and help with cognition and energy plus more! Read up on it if you don’t know!

Didn't care much for the flavor and not a big energy boost. The consistency is decent but overall I wouldn't purchase again. Good for a one time try.

Very nice product. It lasts me a month, which is enough time for me to go to the gym or on a run at least 4 times a week. This product always gets me ready for my car ride, which is about 10 minutes long. This is one of my favorite flavors out of the four, and compared to other pre-workouts I've tried, it is so much better; it actually tastes like the flavor says and doesn't have wacky flavors to add on to it. It dissolves rather quickly, and I don't really need to shake up my water. The ingredients are great, too. There's only like 5 calories and a really small amount of sugars, and with the amount of caffeine in this, I don't need coffee for the rest of the day, but even with taking all that caffieen its still really easy to focus, but that could just be me. I really do greatly recommend this product, and I will probably be getting the same flavor once I run out in a month.
