Pet Genie Ultimate Pet Waste Odor Control Refill - 2 Pack

Using the Pet Genie Refills INSTEAD of the Litter Genie Refills in my Cat Litter Genie, I found Zero Difference. I was hesitant to buy this other brand, even after reading positive reviews. But now I'm so glad I tried them and Saved Money! The fit is fine, the quality is great and the amount/footage per package is the same. Be assured- I had no problems, found no down side. The thickness is the same. No odors eminate through the plastic, even if it's a few days before I take the tied bag outside to dumpster. I got an excellent prime day deal and I still haven't ran out! I see no reason to buy the "name brand" at a higher price, since I find these to be the same or better for LE$$.

I purchased a Pet Genie about 3-4 months ago. It comes with one pack of tubing. It has lasted me all this time and I empty it once a week, even though I still have room and it doesn't need to be emptied. I have one Yorkie, so there is not that much waste. I probably still have enough "tubing/plastic" to empty it 5-6 more times, and I'm still,using the one that came with the Pet Genie. So, they are definatley with it and go a long way. I do use small zips ties I purchased at the $Tree to tie off the top of one bag, and the end of the next. If that doesn't make sense, it will once you get one. It does keep upyou from wasting the tubing to tie a knot. It's worth the price!

They're the same bags as the Litter Genie, so buy with confidence that they'll fit! As to why they are way cheaper than the Litter Genie bags is beyond me. Maybe some vendetta against cat owners. I've bought these refills twice and the product itself is good and resistant to the heaviness of cat poop, especially their pee, it can get heavy. The bags have never torn on me and that's great and I'm thankful. I think I would need therapy If the bag were to tear once I was making my trip with it to the main trash can. I can't imagine having to clean up that mess and having to smell it. Cat owners know what I'm talking about. I had one refill were the bag completely came out of the package and it was a hassle putting it back in but that doesnt take away from the product itself. Maybe a machine malfunction while filling that parricular refill or something but all the other refills worked as intended. So yeah, buy these until you find cheaper ones with the same resilience.

We have a Litter Genie that I seriously don't know how I managed without for 10+ years of having kitties. The cartridges for the Litter Genie are pricey, but anyone who has indoor-only cats knows how litter box odors can stink up the house if the box is not scooped often enough. While browsing through Amazon one day, I discovered Pet Genie cartridges, and they are significantly less expensive than Litter Genie cartridges. The reviews stated that these would fit the Litter Genie and that they work just as effectively so I bought two to see for myself. The reviews were right! These fit, they are every bit as effective, and they are the same 14-ft length as the Litter Genie cartridges... I honestly don't know what the difference is, except they are less pricey. I'll be purchasing these again, just in a higher quantity.

I had some trouble finding the end of the bag on my first load up, I had to cut the bag to get it to work. I only had to do this with one, so it's probably something I did. I never had this issue before though. They do what they're supposed to and control the odor. I decided to try the Firik brand this time around, we'll see how it goes.

Although advertised for disposal of cat litter, I actually use this for my small dog's waste, and it is outstanding. As advertised, there is no odor. The design is quite clever, and I now have one weekly neat and tidy bundle to dispose of in my trash. I love this! Perhaps a larger version could be created for larger dogs. It really is quite ingenious.

It makes cleaning up easier for a litter box. It holds and the nasty smells really well. It's hard to pull it out because it's so tight at the top when it comes around to bring out new bag. Sometimes I have to pull it too hard to tie it off and bring in the new part because I have to snatch it a little more and sometimes cause of litter to pop out before I can get it sealed. That's why I did not give it all five stars. But in an overall sense I'd rather have this than the scooping and putting into a bag.

GREAT idea that really works. We have a Pomeranian puppy within a community that is very strict about picking up your poop. Of course we picked It up with the doggy bags but by trash day the trash can was unapproachable. This Genie is wonderful and disguises the odor. We sometimes forget to empty it on trash day because there is no smell. Thanks for a clever way to manage the pet poop problem.
