Polar Ice flavor is not that good. The gum becomes hard to chew after a while. Flavor last for about 45 mins. Try Extra gum from Australia. It’s soft to chew and lasts for 2hrs.

The gum stays soft and chewy, flavor doesn’t fade super quick like some cheap brands, and the individual packs/wrappers keep everything fresh—no stale pieces. Taste is alright, but I heard they were known for a sharp mint that gave a good kick through your nose, which it doesn't at all. It's very soft and not minty. So for that reason the whole package is a bit useless for me. Tried to make research, and this was supposed to be good. So for the taste, yeah sure I can recommend it, but for a fresh breath and kick through the nose, not recommended.
