the gummies are little heart shapes-so cute! they taste great and not at all chalky like other brands I tried. I have been trying to grow my hair after a nightmare-haircut and already in weeks my fringe has grown to a tolerable length, and my nails are growing out stronger. the gummies are so good that my boyfriend takes them daily too! even though his hair always grows quicker than mine I am now even more envious because I think the vitamins have worked overtime for him. also they were delivered in just a day which was sooner than I thought. so happy with these <3

I have been taking these gummies for a couple of months now and have already had a great response. They are delicious to eat and have definitely helped me with the problem I was having with my nails. My nails are now much stronger and appear in far better condition since taking this product. Haven’t seen any difference with skin hair nails but they are tasty

I find this product wonderful. As someone who struggles with taking tablets, it was so refreshing to find vitamins for adults in gummy form. Not only are they so easy to take but they taste delicious! It's early days but already I've noticed an improved in my skin. Already considering ordering my next lot!

This product actually works! I don't normally write reviews on products, but thought I must with this one. My teenage daughter's hair started falling out as a result of Iron deficiency. It was pretty worrying! After a couple of months of taking this supplement, her hair has stopped falling out and growing back beautifully. This product is so good, our whole family takes it now.

Love the taste of these and reasonably priced. However the nutritional information is incorrect and misleading. A serving contains 10 ug vitamin d which is quoted as 200% of recommended daily amount. 10 ug equates to 400iu.The recommended intake is 400-800iu daily so is definitely not 200%.I take additional vit d anyway and did not buy these for vit d but for the biotin so it doesn't really matter. However some people may believe they're taking more than enough vit d when actually it's the bare minimum.

I wanted to wait until I finished the whole bottle to write a review . My hair was thinning and shedding . I was losing my hair and it was depressing . I decided to give these a try. The taste is good and I have noticed my hair growing and getting thicker . It’s still shedding but not as much. I am ordering another bottle and can’t wait to see more results.

I much prefer chewable vitamins as pills often upset my stomach. These are easy take, taste good and I believe make a difference in providing me the B vitamins I need at this stage of life. For reference, I am an active and healthy 51 year old female.

I used it per a month. My nails were very fragile and couldn't grow them . After just a month of use my nails are beautiful and also my skin looks very healthy. I don't see any difference on my hair but I always had great hear. I believe thet the product will work for nails,skin and hair. Great taste, little to sweet. Should have sugar free option.

These gummies were ok. They did help my hair grow, but there are better gummies out there for a better price.

I purchased these vitamins because I wanted to try something that I could digest easily that was not in pill form, and had a great taste without a bad after taste. I love the fact that the ingredients are natural, and they do not have any harmful ingredients at all. I am trying to grow my hair out, and decided to try these since they are a winner. I am going to purchase more in the future.
