How do I use the solar fountain after receiving it?

Just place your solar fountain in constant, unobstructed direct sunlight and it will work properly. If you want to place it in a shaded place, you need to place the water pump in a shaded place and place the solar panel in direct sunlight.

Is the water pump easily clogged? How to clean it?

It is not easily clogged, but it needs to be cleaned regularly. You only need to remove the filter cover and filter cotton of the water pump, clean the white rotor inside, and make sure there is no dirt on the filter cover and filter cotton.

It worked for a while and then stopped working, what should I do with it?

1. Clean the dirt on the solar panel, 2. Make sure the water in the bird bath can submerge the entire fountain, 3. Place the fountain in clean water, 4. Remove and clean the rotor inside the water pump, 5. Keep the fountain in direct sunlight

What size bird bath does this solar fountain fit?

The 3.5W solar fountain is powerful and has a maximum water spray height of 12 to 33 inches. Therefore, we recommend that you prepare a bird bath that is 12 to 20 inches in diameter and with a water depth of no less than 2 to 3 inches (at least 5 cm)

The fountain is making noise but not spraying any water. What should I do?

Please completely immerse the water pump of the solar fountain in the water, shake it gently to expel all air bubbles, and ensure that the water inlet is completely submerged under the water. After the air is exhausted, the water will spray normally.
