It includes a set of three dumbbells of different weights, suitable for all ages. It's very easy to store, doesn't take up much space, and has a great feel to it. I highly recommend it.

I put the stand together by myself, it was easy to assemble. But you will need a small Phillips head screwdriver. The grip of the weights is very nice. And the color is nice and stand is nice. The stand is a little bit flimsy but once you put the weights on it secures. I'm pleased with this product. It is exactly as advertised.
