Just sit on it. Its that easy!
I have really tight muscles in my hips, lower back and gluteus. As I've gotten older, its just gotten more uncomfortable to the point where its causing pinched nurves and sciatica. Sitting down even with good posture can become extremely uncomfortable with deep aches. I have tried probably 10+ massagers, rollers, topical medicine etc.. I cannot afford a massage therapist 2-3 day per week just like 99% of you. So when I came across this tiny little hunk of rubber, I figured why not give it a try. The reviews were good and its very affordable. So here is the skinny.. You just find the tightest spot in your glute or hip and sit on it. Quite literally, thats all you have to do. Its firm enough to hold its shape and handle me at nearly 200 lbs. I will just target those high tension areas and stay still on it for about 60 seconds and take a quick break or move it a little so as not to bruise my muscles. Within the very first 10 minutes on my first session, I was triggered muscles release and the good kind of spasms. After only about 10 minutes that very first time, I was able to sit in my office chair for nearly two straight hour darn near pain free. THIS THING WORKS! Any time if feel the tightness creeping back in, I do a quick 5-10 minutes and back to my day. Aside from the much needed relief, the best thing about this is how stupidly simple it is and it couldn't be more portable. I take it with me everyday. I will probably buy a couple more just for added convenience. Absolutely A+ product!

Best tool I've purchased in a long time!
This is an amazing little tool. I have had no issues with targeting knots and sore muscles with this device, and I have quite a bit of extra "fluff". I very much like that it's on the smallish side because I can throw it in my pack and take it with me. I purchased the medium (orange), and it is solid enough to get into the muscles without working too hard. The surface is slightly pebbled which makes it easier to hold on to when using lotion or balm; it also just feels nice on the fingers if you're one who fidgets or likes different textures. I do have smaller hands (youth XL or women's small gloves) but it fills my hand well without being uncomfortably large and bulky to hang on to. I also appreciate that the medium (orange) is less likely to get lost in my jacket pockets or bag with its bright color!

Lifesaver!
Absolute lifesaver!! Reaches hard to massage knots and fascia easily, relieves pain quickly, while convenient to carry and for travels. I’ve used mine for many months and it’s still good quality, keeping the same shape and hardness.

Holy Moly I LOVE this thing!
I'm wondering where this godsend has been hiding all of my life. I'm a massage therapist that specializes in deep tissue, among other things. I have a new client that likes a ridiculous amount of pressure, and I cannot go deep enough for her without compromising my hands & shoulders. I just got the Lezer tool delivered today. It's a complete game changer. I didn't realize how jacked my neck has gotten. Ten minutes with this tool, and my neck feels like butter! It's easy and comfortable to hold. It has a light texture on it, so you can still grip it with oily hands. However, it's still smooth enough to use without oil, in a pinch. You can use the points to target a trigger point. The double points are perfect for the back of the neck, hitting both sides on either side of the spine at the same time. The sides of the tool are great for ironing with pressure. I wish I had this tool for the past 16 years of my practice. I used the green, soft one today, and was very happy with the amount of pressure. I also purchased an orange (Medium hardness) one, but I have not tried it yet.

Waste of time
Total waste of a product. It is tiny. Definitely does not address the psoas as a hip hook. Not effective for knots anywhere. You're better off with a golf ball if you want something small, tennis or lacrosse ball for something bigger, a muscle hook for deeper work.

Sturdy and well made from quality material
This is a sturdy and well built little physical therapy product that is easily small enough to bring with you anywhere you need to go. It is discreet in size and something I could see even using during a work zoom call or meeting without anyone noticing. Now depending on your physical level and sensitivity, it could be either just what you need, or perhaps a little too firm for you. If it is too firm, it almost seems as if you need it the most. The entire point of the trigger point product is to help relieve tightness and aid with pain relief. Almost like the foam rollers don't exactly feel good, but you can tell they are helping as they should. This is made from study and firm material and I never once felt that it couldn't support my full weight. I am 180lbs and 5'8. I used it in various parts that is struggle with such as extremely tight hip flexors, piriformous syndrome, and tights shoulders due to cervical spine compression. This was able to reach each part with zero problems. I have a high pain tolerance and usually ask for any massage to dig in deeper and stronger. So this did not hurt me at all. But I also have to add I'm in rough shape, haha, I'm constantly trying to loosen these major muscular groups.. I didn't pay attention when purchasing and didn't realize how small it was. That is my one "complaint" which I blame only myself for. I'm only bringing it up to make others aware. I'm attaching pics with a standard lighter for comparison scale. I'm going to keep it and hope it can get to smaller areas and keep practicing. Iove the various angles it offers for a multitude of hard to reach muscle groups.

Effective and affordable
This is a great little tool for the price! I’m currently recovering from a pulled back, and this is helping me get on my feet (literally). Using heat first can get you relaxed enough to use it and prevent more spasming. Make sure to lean into the trigger point it and slowly apply more and more pressure. Hold it there until you feel the muscle loosen, then lean into in some more. This will be painful at first. Go as slow and gentle as you want. The orange tool is quite firm, which I like. Get the softer one if you don’t like firm pressure. 10/10 for value for your money.

It's too small
I loke the product, but it's too small for what I need, I kept it for i wanna support. I need something taller and longer to hit the piriformis muscle, it's just not big enough for what I needed, I'm 5'11 and 190 lbs....

A great addition to a very full arsenal of Myofascial Tools
I got 3 of these In hard Blue and Medium Orange and Green firmness. They are different and beneficial in the right circumstances. I can now say the harder one has been usefull at the tip to get pressure points in the rib cage. The orange has pressure like a blunt finger tip while the blue can be a more pointed feeling. I revised this review to highlight these facts after using them actively. I got the Green one several months later. I tend to over use the harder orange one and decided to try the green which has more "give" it doesnt poke you as much as squish into the proper spot making it less agressive. Helps me not agravate the spots that I might have over massaged and bruised. Green is great on massaging hand tendons between bones. The blue is nicely hard and pointed for sports in my rib cage. The orange is the most all around choice. First up this seemed interesting for some hip issues I have in the tensor fasciae latae. This tool gets in there properly against a wall or counter. I also use it on the side of my hip. I freed a point in my soulder while watching TV. I used to use thumb pressure but that resulted in other issues. I was also putting a lot of strain on my fingers by trying to work some trigger points . This has helped as I can grab it in ways that my hand and arm are better positioned to apply pressure. All angles are useable. I was thinking of using it with oil to massage my wife and put less thumb pressure to get in deep tissue. I have 4 littlemum care tools that help alot for piriformis and shoulders and abdominal issues . These do things that those bigger ones can't and my lacrosse balls can't get precise on. The trigger point manual by Clair and Amber Davies and these tools have helped me figure out back aches, digestive issues and many assorted issues I figured were all a part of growing old. I can maintain myself and get a massage when I want to relax not because Im in pain. I have become responsible for my own healing. Many people here have as well. Add this versatile tool to your collection and work on more precise points. It's a truly inexpensive extra and must.

EXCELENTE
Me encanta, justo lo que buscaba para puntos gatillo de la espalda (o de cualquier zona) difíciles de alcanzar, buen material, aunque es de goma es bastante firme, el tamaño es perfecto, lo volvería a comprar sin pensarlo
