Does this product work to grow nails long and reapply as needed?

You will need a uv lamp to cure it. It is very thick so applying it needs to be even. I would advise searching how to apply on YouTube. If applied correctly it does help is growing nails out naturally.

Can you use this to create a nail extension?

You could but i don’t think it will be what your looking for because it is rubber, it’s more for making weak nails thicker and stronger.

It's a rubber base so it can be used as a base coat, nail glue or topcoat. To me it's not very shiny, but definitely can protect your polish, so you can use it without a topcoat! I use it more as a sealant on natural nails and use beetles topcoat as my shiny finisher!
