They offer 18 month warranties, so even if you do have issues with your clock, let them know!! Great customer service!Update 9/15/22: last night I plugged it into my room, set the current time, set my alarm for 6:40 AM, made sure the volume was up, set a backup alarm on my phone for 6:50am….and boy am I glad I did that because the 6:40 alarm didn’t go off on the alarm clock! When I woke up I double checked it to make sure it was in fact set to 6:40 Am(not pm)…it was. Checked to make sure the volume was up. It was. Checked to make sure the alarm button was actually on. It was. So I’m not super happy. It worked fine for my test of the alarm a few weeks ago when it first arrived.
