What does the kanji mean?

機動 by itself in Japanese means "maneuvers", usually it is related to military like 機動隊 which is "riot police". 重工 means "heavy industry" 吉業 doesn't have an English equivalent, but can be read as "Yoshigyou" or "good luck + business" Overall the kanji are like cyberpunk military type characters IMO.
