A: This is a pretty sturdy board, but it's very easy to turn and weave. You may want something more stable that is better at staying straight. For the price though, it's a good deal

**Q: Son wants a longboard.  Is this a good board for a 9 year old?**
A: No, it would not be a good board for a 9 year old.  It is extremely long!  Find something shorter until he's about 6' tall then it'll be great!

**Q: how flexy is this board?**
A: Pretty flexy. The board actually has notches carved in where the wheels would rub on the board so it doesn't rub and ruin the bamboo. This is a wonderfully made board. Amazing quality with just the right amount of flex
