Amazing. Pizza texture, taste and softness with crispy outside was 200 % different than regular maida. I wish price to drop to around 100 per kg to get it regularly for other breads too.

Flavor is good but texture and mouthfeel is very poor
This flour is good but strength is not good, it sinks after a while, also undercooked from center most of the times. Flavor is good but texture wise very poor strength flour. It does not produce good bite / chewiness and becomes very tacky/sticky in mouth after few seconds only.

Worth spending money !!
One of the best pizza dough i ever used, their quality is A class and their packing is so luxurious. The pizza I made using this flour tastes amazing and rise well. I’m definitely going to order more stuff from them. Highly recommend these guys.
