Easy to get going. Works with Windoze or Linux.
The most attractive feature for me was the USB. No need to wire it up to a USB-to-serial if you don't want to. Runs great on Win 11 with the Ublox U-Connect software. On my Linux machine, it shows up as /dev/ttyACM0. I can watch the GPS info scrolling by with this command: `(stty 9600 -echo -icrnl; cat) </dev/ttyACM0` I'm using it indoors, about a meter away from a window and getting several satellites. Accuracy seems good. If you want something easy, this is it. And at this price for two, you can give one to a friend.

Makes a nice gps clock or ntp server
Works very nicely as an ntp server on esp32 serving my offgrid cabin clocks and rpi’s. The 6M is pretty old stuff and not up to really precision timing but it’s good enough especially where internet is not available.A good ntp server is github “gps-ntp-eth-esp32” running on an esp32c3 Super Mini and one of these gps boards. Comment out all tft_espi references, the interrupt disable and enable calls, the PPS frequency. Change Serial2 to Serial1 and set its pin numbers (I use 1=txd 0=rxd). The tft_espi library does not work on c3 parts but I like them a lot and don’t have any displays handy anyway or any s2 mini’s for that matter. I ran the gps at its default 9600 baud with the PPS pin and it was stable. Then I upped the rate to 57k and disabled all the messages except RMC and GGA which contain the time data and spacecraft tracked respectively. Works a treat.A good ntp clock is github “tft_espi” and the example “Anti-aliased-clock” running on an esp32s2-mini (tft_espi does not work on the c3 part). I use that combination with Teyleten 1.28” round tft lcd displays to make miniature analog clocks. Add a voice JESSINIE 2Pcs DY-SV17F Voice Playback Module and a Gump's grocery 4pcs Micro Internal Magnetic Speaker to make it chime.

Works quite well. Depending on the room, and the time, I get 5 satellites min, up to 11. 3.3V I/O
Deducted one star for ZERO documentation. But I got it working with my ESP32 pretty fast. The screw hole doesn't seem to be electrically connected to any net. GND would've been convenient for me, but could pose an RF receiver problem. All the I/O is 3.3V- I had to scope them. I am powering with 5V, since 3.6V is minimum. It was glitching with my ESP32 board powering it, so I put a 4.7uF tantalum (probably bigger than needed) across Vcc and GND. I noticed that the current spikes a bit each second. I didn't measure that, but it seems to require almost 50mA most of the time, then about 70mA each second transition. Powering in from my bench supply worked fine, but not the ESP32 board until I put the cap across the supply.

GREAT Price and easy to integrate into my projects
These little GPS units were so simple to hook up using the included header or just soldering wires onto the proper places on the board. VCC, Ground, TXD, RXD and the PPS pins are easily accessed on the board making connection a breeze! Time to first fix was very quick compared to other units I've used in the past, but these are great. Lots of details are still available on this older model GPS with a little digging you'll find most anything you need to know. Downloaded the U-Connect software from U-BLOX and it immediately located the unit on a USB serial port. Once selected in the software, it started communicating as expected nearly immediately. These will easily serve my needs for the projects I got them for and I'll consider them top of the list for the next projects as well.

amazing
Interfaced directly to sbc on windows ran immediately with no issues. additional freeware was needed to get the chip talking to windows as maps location. premium price fast shipping

Bought two. Neither worked.
I purchased a package of two. Neither worked. Connected the first to USB. No power light. Not recognized by USB. Connected the second to USB. Power light came on solid, but never started blinking to indicate a location fix. No matter, it wasn't recognized by USB either. Returning to Amazon for refund.

Works, no issues, nothing not to like
Two U-Blox 7 modules with antennas for 18 bucks, work as expected out of the box, no issues, nothing not to like.If you have a Linux box, you can get on the air with these babies in about 2 minutes: The first 1:55 with an eye loupe to connect the antenna, the last 5 seconds to plug it into a USB port. Reports USB device info as follows:idVendor = 0x1546 (U-Blox)idProduct = 0x01a7 (U-blox 7)which is then claimed by low-level ACM driver cdc_acm and shows up as /dev/ttyACMn, 9600 bps, 8N1. And at that point it's "just another GPS", and you can have fun with whatever userland utilities you like to configure and/or just gobble GNSS sentences (binary or NMEA, take your pick, U-Blox 7 supports both options.)Observed self-ID sentences immediately after power-up:$GPTXT,01,01,02,ANTSTATUS=OK*3B$GPTXT,01,01,02,u-blox ag - www.u-blox.com*50$GPTXT,01,01,02,HW UBX-G70xx 00070000 FF7FFFFFo*69$GPTXT,01,01,02,ROM CORE 1.00 (59842) Jun 27 2012 17:43:52*59$GPTXT,01,01,02,PROTVER 14.00*1E$GPTXT,01,01,02,ANTSUPERV=AC SD PDoS SR*20The very bottom line on the label of the units I received is 2311, probably a date code (i.e. November 2023) but not sure that's right. Not confirmed. Both the units I received obtained cold-start 2D fix in about 2 minutes, 3D fix about a minute later, indoors, above grade, with the supplied ceramic antennas. In steady-state, usually sees between 15-25 sats, uses 6 or 7.CEP is surprisingly large even with 6-7 sats, usually around 25m. Can't explain that. The actual reported location is within about 3m most of the time. For $9 each, what's not to like? Five stars.

Works with my Arduino Nano Clones!
Surprisingly easy to use. Quick satellite acquisition.

Apenas las usaré así que quizás y actualice comentarios
Todo bien

Work ok but not 100% ublox
GPS works but u-center but impossible to upgrade the GPS firmware to the latest revision (and I have not found anywhere to get firmware upgrade on that chinese brand) nor deactivate beidou satellites. You can turn off all the other ones but not beidou. For my arduino experimentation, it's fine and precision is there with external antenna.

Excelent
