It is very good product.

Sarpagandha, along with Tagara and Jatamansi, are the three herbs that are said to work—either alone or in combination—for anxiety, stress, and sleep issues. There’s a combination product from CureVeda that does work really well—and I’ve tried so many supplements/herbs for these issues that I believe I’m well qualified to write about this product. Sarpagandha doesn’t induce sleep per se, but if you’re feeling even mildly sleepy, it’ll prevent the tossing-and-turning one associates with poor sleep. The dreams get kind of distorted but in a good way, and you wake up the next morning feeling refreshed. I read on one site—and that turned out to be true, in my experience with Baidyanath Sarpagandha—that it actually improves your overall sense of well-being! This product is now an indispensable part of my “natural supplements box.” Don’t let the low price make you imagine this is a poor-quality product!! Four stars and not five because I found you can’t keep taking it every day, which does lead to minor side effects such as light-headedness. My regimen [this will vary by individual] is three days on, one day off.

Product is effective but please take it carefully. Dnt start taking it daily. Start slow and take as per requirement
