Excellent product! Mixes easily with water or milk, tastes and feels like fresh scrambled eggs, makes delicious French toast, and works perfectly in baking, custards, any way you use eggs, best powdered eggs I've ever had, will definitely buy again!

These actually taste like regular scrambled eggs. Texture almost identical to really fresh eggs but without the fluffiness when water is added to real eggs, as these are more dense and more rich tasting, so that makes sense. Perfectly rehydrate for all baking needs. Great to have on hand when you forgot to buy eggs!

Mixed it one-to-one - I made a quarter cup worth and that was enough for my breakfast. Fried it with some butter, added a slice of cheese, and a little seasoning. It turned out great, and was really tasty.

Great way to have protein. I live in a remote area and use dehydrated products a lot. Easier to manage and reduce spoilage priblems
