Ordered this steamer and i am glad to say this that this dint disappoint me at all. Its such a lovely product as it work smoothly.It is easy to use and quite handy. A bit heavy but that makes it more steardy.Works great with all kinds of clothes doesn’t leave any marks.I simply loved the quality of the product and its working great for me. The iron work very well . But it is heavy and the plug is not user friendly . If you travel with this iron it will be difficult to find a socket to fit this power plug in the hotel . The water container is small so it works only for 2 garments at a time . The glove that is provided with the iron is really helpful while ironing the clothes .

Have been using the product for more than a month. Easy to use, easy to carry and results are great. Would recommend to users who travel. For home users too, its very useful and easy to use.Tip: use RO water only. No residuals in steam and longevity of the steam press.

Summary: The product is a complete waste of money because it achieves nothingI think there are a few critical considerations that you should pay heed to while purchasing a hand-held steamer.Firstly, the water tank provided with this gadget is very small and is sufficient to steam one garment only. If you are trying to steam a large garment or multiple clothes in a single sitting, you would keep running to the tap for refill.Secondly, the steam itself is inadequate at a lower setting. Hence, you will end-up running the garment steamer on the higher setting leading to higher water consumption. Moreover, the outcomes are disappointing. You will hardly notice any change on cotton clothes.Thirdly, the gadget is slightly heavy and comes with a 16A plug, requiring appropriate power point for this to run.Fourth, steaming the clothes require them to be hung so that you can conveniently steam them. However, there is no stand or hook provided. Another steam I had purchased in the US, use to come with a special door hook. So you need to look for alternate arrangements, else your hand will get tired.Fifth, many cheaper alternatives come with a bigger water tank, longer cord, and smaller plug.

It feels so premium. The steam output is excellent. The only negative is 16amp plug but i bought a 5 to 16 plug and it works fine. Heats pretty quickly within seconds it was ready to use. It took a lil time for steam to come out but it was excellent. Also the ceramic plate gets hot so we can quite literally use it to crisp the shirt as well. I don't see myself using traditional iron ever. Philips is known for premium products. Also 2yr guarantee not warantee makes it the best deal.
