No issues so far. Quality seems decent and expect it will last. Would have liked if the threads were extended further to allow easier mounting through the top of a desk, but able to make it work.

They worked great for my little project

Quite surprising that the silver sleeve and nut are actually metal. While the USB housing was a bit smaller than needed (to no fault of the design) it fit well in place of an unused lighter. I cannot speak for the speed of the USB, but it connects to the receiver and phone just fine.

As others have noted, I too received a pair that are non functional. Signal will not cross from one end to the other. Total waste of money on chinese junk.

I used this to replace the cigarette lighter in my jeep when I replaced the CD player with an Android Auto head unit. Looked a lot better than having a USB-C cable running out the dash to plug my phone into. Easy to install and looked like it was a part that was stock from the factory.
