Review: Good for lancets, kwikpen needs and whole syringes - I bought these for my insulin kwikpen needles and lancets for when I'm not home as I don't want to take my big sharps container everywhere. This is perfect. I tried putting the needles in multiple ways and the most I could fit was 10 by pointing them down then up then down and so on until the last two I pointed down. It would fit a bunch of lancets as well and if you're not someone usings a kwikpen it will also fit your syringes as well. It's definitely perfect for on the go or even traveling. Too big to fit into the average diabetic bag, but definitely good for a purse etc.

**Q: I'm traveling with carry-on luggage and want to find out if this is TSA approved?**
A: I would imagine so. It's an empty plastic container.

**Q: Will a Mounjaro pen fit in one of these?**
A: I think it might, but you only have to safely discard the needle part. Can it be removed from the injector? When I was on Ozempic, all I had to careful discard was the needle. The virtually empty injector was separate and could be discarded.

**Q: will this fit a trulicity syringe?**
A: This is made to store used needles for disposal. It's not large enough to handle the entire syringe - Trulicity, Ozempic, etc.
