APP Interior Light

So my son asked me to ordered these for his new truck. He got them installed within about 10 minutes under all of his seats, but came inside and said he couldnt get the remote to work so they were stuck on one color. I changed the battery in the remote they still didnt work. I contacted nilight through amazon and told them the problem. After about a day i got a response from nilight saying they were sending a new remote out. After a few more days the new remote came in the mail and the lights work like they should. So dont buy from a company that you cant pronounce the name or becaus ethey are cheaper stick with nilight who backs their products and as an owner of lots of their products stand assured if a year or two later you have an issue they will stand behind their products and make it right or send you a whole new product. These lights are bright and put out a nice glow under his seats and on the floorboard. Thanks again nilight for always backing your products!

No problems great colors and brightness and very easy to install great quality

Overall good product for some added flare or ambience to your car. Install was fairly easy, the adhesion didn't work but they include zip ties which made it easy enough. Brightness is ok but not like the pictures. I installed in a Ford Maverick and ended up putting both lights directed at the front foot wells to make it bright enough for my tastes. Basic colors work well, red, green, blue, red, purple. You can get other colors but they are very faded variations of the base colors for example Orange turns out like a washed out red. Yellow looks like dim white. The music aspect is good. You need to have the app running amd listening from your phone to truly have it pick up sound and change to the beats. Without app on its more of just random color changes and don't sync to the music. Also be aware my check of your car's USB turns off with the engine off. Mine does not so I have to remember to turn the feature off when leaving the car. That is not a defect of the product but it is annoying.

This is a fun way to spend 12.00 bucks. It was easy to install the controller is easy to use. The lights are bright and this is what surprised me The adhesive sticks very well it has stayed in place without any issues.

Works exactly as advertised. Looks super cool I was able to hide all the wires in my console and little side panels. I seen reviews that the adhesive wasn't the best so I just added some myself when I installed and made sure the car was nice and warm blowing warm air down on the feet for awhile to help it bond. Pretty happy with it. 15$ after shipping and took me about 30-45mins to install and hide wires. Installation itself takes about 5 mins. The remote works good and has a bunch of different settings and colors. No app needed no Bluetooth and it has a small microphone port that can hear the music so it will flash and strobe to music depending on the setting. Pretty cool

They worked really great until they caught on fire. Bluetooth connection was flawless. Easy setup and use. Great color options.

Coming from a Tesla with footwell lights, I missed that added visibility at night in my 2018 Kia Niro. This USB-powered footwell light kit was the perfect solution! Installation was incredibly easy – I simply plugged the lights into the USB port in my center armrest and ran the wires. The wire lengths were sufficient to reach all four footwells (under the steering wheel, under the glove box, and under each front seat to illuminate the rear). I was able to tuck the wires neatly under the seats and the plastic trim along the door edges without even needing to remove any panels. The brightness of the solid white setting is just right. It provides enough illumination to easily see anything I might drop in the footwell at night without being overly bright or distracting while driving. While the kit includes a controller with various colors and flashing modes (even music-responsive!), I haven't explored those features as I only wanted a constant white light, which this delivers perfectly. A fantastic aspect is that the USB port in my Niro's center armrest turns on and off with the ignition, meaning the footwell lights automatically come on when I start the car at night – no extra effort needed. The small controller is discreetly placed on the passenger side of the center armrest, out of my sight as the driver and not in the way of any passengers. After two months of use, the pre-attached adhesive on the front lights and the zip ties I used in the rear have held up remarkably well, even with the Florida heat inside the car. Importantly, the wiring was long enough to route safely away from the pedals and seat rails. If you're looking for a simple, no-wiring-required way to add functional and aesthetically pleasing footwell lighting to your car, this kit is an excellent choice.

Works as intended just make sure you tap into either a 5V fuse port in your fusebox or a 12V fuse port with a adapter to 5V. These run off of 5V not 12V so if you run off 12v it’s possible to cause a electrical fire by overloading it. The included remote is pretty hit or miss. Sometimes you’re trying to change the color for 3 minutes and sometimes it works within 5 seconds of clicking. It could just be the spot my receiver is at but it’s only behind some thin plastic. Overall i’d buy this again, I may actually for my trunk as it has no lighting at all. I like the flexibility of the strips, i was able to just zip tie them to existing wiring/brackets.
