This is the best purchase ever. Easy to install, works well but is a bit louder than i would want. Mounted it to the wall connected the hose to my refrigerator, got a 5 gallon jug of water and now my fridge has ice. Just what I needed and would totally recommend to amyone who needs a water supply to fridge, ice maker or more. Works great to pump water into my fridge. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT.

We've had this for a few months now and it's great! It's hooked up to our fridge in the garage, allows us to make plenty of ice, gives us cooled fridge water when we're out there, we love it. Ours isn't loud as some other reviews say, you can barely hear it when it clicks on as you get water or it's filling an ice tray. Would recommend!

We live on a well with super hard water that made ice with a film, so I bought this to make clean ice from the refrigerator. We had to buy metal fittings as the plastic ferrule fitting and nut broke. Easy replacement. Works great! There are a lot of comments about the noise of the vibration. I just set laid the pump on a hand towel and I don't hear anything.

The reason for 1 star is mostly due to the terrible customer service of the company I bought this item from. It was still under warranty, but they were very unresponsive to my messages. 6 days after my initial inquiry, I was not getting any help, other than a request to send photos. I reached out to Amazon, and they were very helpful. As for the pump, I have bought this item many times, and know it is bound to stop working within about 6 months. If you buy it, make sure to purchase the extended warranty. Unfortunately for me, my extended warranty doesn't kick in for another month, so I had to deal with the seller . I If you do buy it, make sure it's sold by Amazon and not some company with a name you can't pronounce. Sorry, don't mean to sound xenophobic, just want to warn you.

This is defiantly the trick for my fishing shake. I don't have running drinking water in there but I do have a refrigerator with an ice maker and water so this works perfectly hooked to the refrigerator. My husband installed it in a few minutes.
