When set in the proper position, this night-lite give off the perfect amount of lite for a Baby's room.  We got it for when we travel.  The instructions and the operation of the unit are ambiguous and somewhat tricky.

About the size of a larger avacado. Cute though. Works well. Nice soft ambient lighting. But for the price I expected it to be larger. I do like the function when you rock it, it turns on. Convenient for people who have very little space.

This was given as a gift for a newborn's room. Everyone loves it. It adds great ambiance to the room when his grandmother sings "Los Pollitos" (The Little Chickens) to him. His father told us that a therapist friend told him that this light increases serotonin levels in a helpful, safe manner.
