They Wal-Board drywall repair kit provided me,a novice middle age woman, the material i needed to make repair. It was my first time making a12 inch in diameter hole into a smooth wall prepared for painting. Great product for a novice! ### ⭐ good strength but poor adhesion and thickness shows *by H***Y on Reviewed in the United States on March 5, 2020* The metal screen is a good heavy weight but that may contribute to the poor adhesion because of the actual weight. I used this in 3 different areas and had to use glue on the back twice to make it stick to the walls. Once I did that it worked okay, but because of the thickness of the screen it does stick out from wall and even with spackling to even it up it shows. The third time I was patching a small square and ended up cutting the screen just a little bit bigger than the hole and bending it to insert it even with the drywall, then spackled. That made it not stick out from the wall but if something pokes the patch it will give in.
