I carry mine with me all day every day, and I use it way more than I originally thought I would. Having 550 Lumens in a package barely larger than a AA battery is great. I love the fact that its rechargeable battery has a built-in USB-C port so I can charge it with my existing phone charger. I carry mine in my front pocket next to a small multi-tool, and because they rub against each other, I've noticed the finish is wearing off in spots and I can the aluminum color showing through, but that's cosmetic and something I caused. I will also point out that on Medium and High settings this little light can get hot. Too hot to comfortably touch near the LED end if you use it for more than a couple of minutes at a time. The low setting barely gets warm. One other thing to note is that the three settings low, medium and high aren't evenly distributed across the range of lumens. Low is very dim (great for getting to the bathroom at night without tripping over things), but the medium and high settings are much closer to each other in brightness. Oh, and I have actually used the clip to mount this on the bill of a baseball cap, so you can use it hands free if you're wearing a hat with a brim. That was very handy a couple of times. Battery life is about what they state in the product description. Finally, it's great that you can use it with a plain old alkaline AA battery in a pinch (though it doesn't run as long or get quite as bright). That's not a surprise though since most alkaline AA batteries are only 1.5v while the included Li-Ion (14500 battery) puts out 3.7v. Overall, I highly recommend this light! I've attached a picture of the light showing wear caused by rubbing with my multi-tool, and with an AA battery for size comparison. Review: Wide beam short range light - You can see in the second picture I took the main beam is large or wide. It is bright and works perfect for indoors. Which is why it's at my gaming desk. When you drop something this is the correct tool for the job. The battery lasts quite a long time. I use it every day and it lasts at least a week before it needs to be charged. You have to remove the battery to charge it with a USB-C cord. It takes about an hour to get a full charge in the included lithium cell. This light claims 1000 lumens. It's close to that. I have a larger work flashlight with a higher capacity battery cell that produces 1000 lumens and outside it has a lot more range, it's a little brighter and more focused( smaller main beam). The main beam is smaller so it goes farther and looks whiter. It depends on what you want. A longer bulkier light is not good for my desk. I like to stand it up so I can find it when I drop something or need it. The size is made to clip in a shirt pocket also. No it's not as bright as a 2 cell light but it's way easier and lighter to carry. Honestly it's my favorite size. I also like having the button on the end instead of the side. It's easier to use. I have a lot of new led lights that I have bought this year. This one is my favorite so far. It's just right size. The light has 3 brightness modes. 1.Low for I have no idea what, it's not bright enough to even use imo. 2. Medium for up close work. 3 Max bright, this will get hot after about a min. This is NORMAL. A lot of power creates a lot of heat. All my good LED lights get hot on the high setting. Thus light has a different way to switch modes than any other light I have so it takes some getting used to. After you turn them on some led lights will let you tap the button to change the brightness. This one requires you to turn it on and off quickly to change modes. You get used to it but it's kind of clunky at first. If you just turn it on and use it then turn it off it will stay on the current brightness mode. If you want a well built compact light for indoors that you can carry in your pocket with ease this is your light. This light has waterproofing and is built to take outdoor use but it's not really what it is best at. Tons of light from a tiny frame. Good choice and I recommend this product. ## Features - High CRI Flashlight: Pokelit AA edc flashlight Adopted 219F LED high CRI value 90 and a neutral white 5000K color temperature,it will be maximum restore the original color of the object, you will be easier to observe the object. - High Performance Flashlight：Pokelit AA pocket flashlight emits bright light up to 550 high lumens. That said, ACEBEAM customer service was excellent. They were extremely responsive, easy to work with, and quickly shipped out a replacement without any hassle. The replacement flashlight has been great. It’s compact, lightweight, and easy to carry with the included pocket clip. The output is impressive for such a small AA-sized light, and it makes a nice everyday carry option. What really stood out to me overall was the customer support experience. Problems can happen with any product, but good support makes a huge difference, and Acebeam handled it very well. Very happy with the outcome and would buy from them again. ## Frequently Bought Together - ACEBEAM Pokelit AA Rechargeable Mini Flashlight with Clip, 550 High Lumens Pocket EDC Flashlight, Super Bright Small Flashlight, 90+ High CRI Led Flashlight for Camping, Hiking, Everyday Use(Black) - ACEBEAM TAC 2AA EDC Tactical Dual Modes Flashlight Rechargeable, 1600 High Lumens Flashlight, Dual Switch Pocket LED Flashlight, Super Bright Small Flash Light for Emergency, Camping, Home --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/448810496-acebeam-pokelit-aa-mini-flashlight-with-clip-90-high-cri](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/448810496-acebeam-pokelit-aa-mini-flashlight-with-clip-90-high-cri) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
