A: The ingredients listed on the jar are Garlic, Water, Citric Acid.

**Q: can you use freeze dried garlic in place of minced garlic ?**
A: Not as good.  The minced garlic has very long shelf life in refrigerator.  It’s an excellent replacement for fresh garlic. 1/2 teaspoon for 1 clove of garlic.  No brainer   Hope this helps

**Q: Where does your garlic come from?  is it made in china by prisoners using their teeth to peel as i have read?**
A: It’s not prisoners. It toddlers. They have smaller fingers.
