Does the job
Gran found it better to use than her previous phone due to the bigger buttons, however when I set it up the sim card wouldn't work in slot one but instructions didn't help. Tried sim card in slot two and it instantly connected to the network.Docking station didn't come with the phone as advertised
User
Did not come with dock. Advertised has coming with dock charger.
The phone didn't come with a dock. It clearly states that the phone comes with charge cable and dock.

Great phone with good feature although would be more beneficial to have a large screen
We ordered this phone for my mother in law as since my father in law passed away we wanted her to have a mobile close at hand and as she struggles with her vision and also not the most technically gifted she needed a basic phone and this was an ideal phone for her.You receive the following:1 x Big Buton Mobile phone for Elderly1 x 1800mAh Battery2 x SIM Card Adapter1 x Charging Cable1 x Charging Dock1 x User ManualThe phone was easy enough to set up and with its basic menu icons, large buttons, louder volume and clear speakers my mother in law found it easy to use.Another great feature is the SOS calling number which you can set up where in emergency you press and hold the SOS button for 3 seconds to dial the emergency number and send a text message to get immediate help from family or friends. The mobile is also Bluetooth compatible, has a radio, audio and video features plus a calendar and calculator which although are great features it’s going to take a few lessons for my mother in law to get to grips with these features. The phone itself is a good size too, not too bulky or too small and it’s easy enough to charge by sliding into the charger.Overall this is a great basic phone for an older person and good value for money at the current price of £29.88 and would highly recommended it although I agree with other reviewers that it would be more beneficial to have a large screen.

Old school phone
This phone reminds me of first mobile phones I had 20 few years ago.It is simple, compact with small colorful screen and big buttons. Big buttons are great for people with arthritis or stiff fingers.Came with standing up charger. It needs a bit of time to get used to it. After years of heaving smart phone with full keyboard pad, this one seems to be quite fiddly. Needs multiple clicking of one button to get correct letter or number. It can be pretty useful for older person to keep it just for receiving /making calls. Writing messages can be tricky. Still, for the price I can recommend it.

Massive buttons make it easy to operate
As a phone for someone who struggles with the interface on a smartphone, this is great. Once set up, using it is about as simple as it could possibly be and you have a nice easy SOS button on the back for emergencies.Pleased to see that it can be charged either with the dock (quick and easy) or a USB cable (less bulky when travelling).

It works but not really a fan of its design
Uleway’s basic mobile phone is catered for senior people since it has large buttons and basic features for them to use the phone easily. The phone is a handy compact size and has a rubber finish keypad for an easier typing experience. It has two sim card slots and a separate SOS button at the back of the phone so you can simply press it if you need help. With this, you can set 5 SOS call numbers and 8-speed dials that you can contact in case of an emergency. It has a user-friendly menu and clear icons that make it very simple and easy to use for everyone.Additionally, it has a 1800mAh rechargeable battery that can be charged in two ways—using the USB charging cable or the charging dock. It also has a built-in FM radio and torch on the top of the phone. The package came with the phone unit, charger, removable battery, 2 sim card adapters, charging cable, charging dock and user manual.A basic phone like this brings so many memories of the good old days. Honestly, the quality of this phone is surprisingly good but not totally comparable to our Nokia and Motorola ones from before. It is very easy to set up and use as expected, however, I am not a huge fan of its design since it has a small screen and the buttons are huge, I feel like they didn’t compliment each other. I understand the buttons have a purpose so I just wish that the screen was bigger. All in all, I think it's a bit pricey for me, but again, this phone has a target market and definitely not for everyone.
