THESE MADE ME FEEL BETTER! I cannot explain it because I am not a chemist. When I recently (within the past 3 months) began taking these ... I feel better in a general way. I am health conscious anyway and I feel sharper and just generally better all over! I give these my highest recommendation. Try them and see if you feel the same. I am in no way affiliated with them by the way. I prefer the peach to the apple flavor but I love peaches. I LOVE getting greens this way. I also want to mention no side effects, weird odor and taking one is identical to just chewing and swallowing a gummy bear.

A yummy way to get your fruits and veggies in
These taste really good. Can you overdose on vitamins? I find myself wanting to eat them like candy, howevever I do not take more than 2 or 3 per day as reccomended. I bought them for focus, energy and metabolism. They do give me energy and help me mantain a healthy metabilism, my weight is steady, no longer fluctuating. I am a full time student, with a part time job and business to build; I cannot say it has helped my focus much. I am still looking for the right supplement to help me with focus. Overall, these make me feel healthy and I will continue to take them.

Lid was hard, but taste I loved
You really have to push down hard on the lid, but once you get it, you don't have to mage it tight. I got the peach 🍑 flavor and it doesn't disappoint.. I'm. Ordering my 3rd jar, getting the price of 2...I can tell its helped my digestive system, my hair and my nails..

Do Not Order These Gummies
Do not order these. They are awful. I found out after bought that the company that makes these will not deliver in the summer because it ruins the gummies. They taste awful. I'm not even sure we should eat them. We bought 2 containers.

Give nutrients and energy!
The value is good, price is a little high but they help with energy and have nutrients that I probably wouldn’t get without taking them. I feel there a good value overall.
