Arrived just as promised, was incredibly easy to assemble and is very comfortable. Plus, the chair is nice and large and looks expensive. I am 5'8" with a short torso and long legs and this chair fits me beautifully with lots of room to spare. The seat is nice and soft and the back is supportive. I love that the arms fold up or down so that you can have them out of the way when you want to scoot closer to the desk. It was a bit of a pain putting it together, but I did it. He loves the extra back support and he can get close to his desk with the arms that flip up especially when he's gaming. I find that it could use a bit more padding in the seat, but he hasn't complained about it. There were a couple of small stitches on the armrest that were broken and the threads were sticking out. It's just a cosmetic thing so I trimmed them off. The height is good and it has some rocking motion to it so he can lean back a bit. For reference he's 5'7" and 225 lbs and this chair is a perfect fit.
