I love blue raspbeery flavored drinks. I work out so extra electrolytes are always good. I didn’t know how essential they were until now. It also helps me drink more water. I really like the Ultima Replenisher Daily Electrolyte powder. I discovered this product in a health food store years ago when the employee recommended it to me to help with my migraines. Great flavor! Easily dissolvable and cleaner ingredients than a lot of the leading brands. I was searching for something cleaner and with less sugar for my anti-inflammatory diet and this product came highly recommended along with Thorne, but that one was a bit salty. If you’re not a fan of the salty flavored hydration drinks, this one is for you!
