Really good flavor we add it mostly to pork chops but recently put a small amount on roast and chuck mixed in with garlic and onions and a hint of something sweet on the meat , will buy again

Ya When I tell you this seasoning reminded of this restaurant that we stopped at in Natchez Mississippi under the hill. Perfect, woody,yet refined bourbon and a faint hint of molasses topped with a soft indescribable herb. I use this as a dry rub on my steaks/ beef brisket. Sometimes il make a marinade. Either way PLEASE let it marinate over night, you will not regret it. . I like a little char on my meat. Yall why was I scraping up the bits of fat and seasoning with the meat juices.

The product offers good flavor to otherwise bland tasting food. No issues with packaging of contents. I would purchase again.
