What An Awakening!!!
I've only taken this product for 3 days now, but really mean "What An Awakening"!! I'm talking about my BRAIN and the cognitive issues I've dealt with for the last 3 years. Feels like I'm coming out of a deep fog on/in my brain that's remained there for almost 3 years. I purchased this product initially to assist me with my Keto diet. The C8 MCT Oil assist people to get into the state of Ketosis quickly which allows you to burn fat instead of burning Carbs as fuel for our body. But to my surprise the Ketones are quickly absorbed and readily available as fuel for our brains as well, and are a much better source of energy for them (our brains) than lactose or glucose. I feel my brain has been rejuvenated and energized. Can't wait to see how it will help with my diet. I'll be 75 years old in July and looking forward to life again, thanks for this remarkable product!

Been taking this for years. I used to do coconut oil, coffee, and butter blended but this is so much easier and has the same effect. Helps take the fog off the brain.

Stick With The Oil...
I wanted to like this for convenience and travel because it's helped immensely with my ADHD (ADD). I've ALWAYS had people mention or ask, what am I on, because my mood, even flow state, and patience for people drastically shines/thrives. I feel like my brain finally works. The words you can't touch on, or lack of articulating concepts become naturally fluid and organic. I'm referring to the Brain Octane, M8. It worked so much better in conjunction with even decaf coffee, and grass fed butter. I know, judge me on a trend, but it really helped with focus. This, I don't feel much of anything. I recognize it's quality, and perhaps to metabolize it, may take longer, but I say stick to the oil, tape that thing down and put in a plastic bag. I've even put it in a more secure bottle, but the pills are mediocre at best.
