It is one large tube that should last you at least a year if used once a day on the face.

Directions are in French only, and mine's a little rusty--have them in English?

I have not found that to be one of the benefits of this cream.

can i use a lancome moisturizer with it?

You can, but this cream acts as a moisturizer as well, so you may not need to use another moisturizer at the same time. It's only meant to be used once a day, so I apply it at night before bed, and use a regular moisturizer during the day. Whatever you choose to do, wash your face right before applying Ialuset Cream. It's more effective for rosacea when applied to a slightly damp face.
