Ordered this for my husband because it was the only one I could find with wheels AND backpack straps. When I received it there were no backpack straps. I returned it and Amazon sent me another one - also no backpack straps! Seems to be a good cooler just not as described which is disappointing.

We have had this same cooler for about 4-5 years and I ordered a new one because it finally started leaking. I was so disappointed when I got it because it did not have the backpack straps. It’s says it everywhere that it comes with it, even on the tag that the manufacturer put on it says “backpack straps”. I cannot find a cooler that has wheels and backpack straps to replace our old one. Ended up sending this one back. They really need to change the description.
