These bowls arrived carefully packed and none were broken, so I'm happy about that. I got them for a gift for our son who is an avid foodie with discriminating taste, and loves to show off his creations. The really cool thing about them being oven safe is you can actually bake individual cobblers, pot pies, shepherd's pie, dumpling stew, etc., in them, and it makes such a lovely presentation. (Just like I sometimes do at home!:)) You can then literally eat right out of the bowl, which I'm sure he will absolutely love. Similar to what is sometimes served in some wonderful old fashioned diners that I've been in. Hopefully they will hold up well. I will update later on, if there's anything more of interest to report.

I love these pasta bowls! They are so beautiful and I use them a lot! Guests always comment that they love the depth and size, not to mention the weight. They are perfect and I get rave reviews everytime I use these to serve my guests.

The finish and color is just as shown. I like the size. Similar to a large dinner plate. Useful as a dinner plate or a serving bowl.

We love these bowls! Great for pasta and also for dinner salads! Pretty china, but it does show scratches from utensils. The scratches come off with a bit of baking soda.

Love these bowls. A little on the heavier side, shallow and great for pasta or a salad. The finish is dull and very nice. I like them so much I purchased the sandwich plates

LOVE THESE PLATES/BOWLS ~ Truly can't recommend any higher. The are labelled bowls, however, they are more of a plate. FANTASTIC for dishes like spaghetti, chili, anything with gravy. I have received SO many compliments on them. Very durable in the dishwasher and no water marks.

I'm giving them 5 stars for 2 reasons. First off the plate sets are amazing. Great looking and great quality. Secondly the customer service was amazing. We had an issue and they corrected it immediately.
