This is a solid product from a very reputable company. If you aren't a vegetarian this will be a great product. if not look for a brand that uses vegetarian capsules. Contrary to what a vegan would tell you gelatin is not "cow junk". Gelatin itself is proven to be excellent for hair, skin, nail, and joint health, though the amount you're getting from the capsule is negligible.
