No noticeable difference in how I feel. Even though I don’t feel a change, does not mean that there are no benefits. 1. Easy to use. 2. Self cleaning mode running once a month. 3. 110 - 220V, 50/60Hz. If you are looking to buy this type of product, I recommend this one for ease of use, self cleaning mode, 2 hydrogen settings, large capacity water container so I can make the hydrogen water for my wife and for me at the same time. Plus auto shut-off.Went on line and found a few english speaking videos how to use. So here we go.1. Use filtered tap water or filtered drinking water. Do not use unfiltered tap water.2. Fill the V8 (thats the name of the machine) with filtered water. Plug in the V8. Press the "smart cleaning" button and let the V8, do an initial cleaning. Aftere my first clean , the water had a fishy sulfer smell. I refreshed the water, repeated the cleaning and did htis a 3rd time as well. Thereafter the water and taste was fine.3, THen you have two hydration options called standard hydration and high hydration. THe difference is the length of time the V8 runs and is it appears to infurs higher levels of hydrogen intot he water (observed more unfusion of bubbes).4 Once completed, (auto off), drink the water as soon as possible. Based on what I've read the usefull life is from 5 to 20 minutes. If you refrigerate the hydrogenized water could be for about 2 hours.I did several testes using PH and Alkaline test strips and found a slight color difference between filtered tap water and uusing the V* in HIIGH mode. I also saw several videos that showed that the Ph rose to between 700 / 800.If inded the water becomes hydranated, I should see an improvement in how I feel within a month from beginning today. I'll try to report back in about one month. I'm counting on the same and even better results with this new generation V8. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product *by B***D on September 3, 2023* I like the fact that it does change the alkalinity of water by up to a factor of 9, and does add PPM of hydrogen. Easy to use and easy to clean. My wife and I both drink water from it and enjoy using it. Our dog does not appear to like the water as well as us. I feel it does hydrate better than regular water, and my wife claims to have less acid reflux since drinking it. Recommend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works for alkaline water *by H***Y on June 22, 2022* I didn't expect this to work at all, but thought I'd try. The biggest issue with it is that the instructions make no sense. Even though they are in English you can tell they were written by someone who doesn't actually speak the language, and it's transplanted poorly. So I just guessed and pushed a button. It took 8 minutes to finish the cycle, and from what I gathered from the instructions you're not supposed to use tap water. It smelled really, really bad when it was done. I seriously debated even trying it. It has a slightly weird taste, kind of bitter maybe? But it's honestly the smell that's the bad rough part, though the smell did almost completely fade after like 10 minutes and the taste got better too. So my advice wait 10 minutes to try it. It tested about 8.0-9.0 as far as pH which far exceeded my hopes. I have chronic metabolic acidosis and stage 2 kidney disease, I NEED to find a way to alkalize my body or my kidneys will keep getting worse.
