REST® Evercool® Cooling Comforter Blanket for Hot Sleepers, King/Cali King

Absolutely love this comforter! It is incredibly soft, lightweight, and comfortable. It really does help keep me cool throughout the night without feeling too thin or uncomfortable. The quality feels excellent, and it looks beautiful on the bed. Perfect for anyone who tends to sleep hot. Definitely one of the best comforters I’ve purchased. Highly recommend!

The REST cooling comforter is as advertised. It is a cool to the touch blanket. It’s very lightweight. It’s very silky. It’s very soft. Since it’s lightweight, it takes up very little room in the wash and doesn’t take a million cycles to dry either. It’s still cool after being washed too. It holds up well to pet hair. Dog hair isn’t stuck to it and I’m not sleeping with dog hair around my face 🤣 My cats make biscuits on it and it doesn’t pill or have loose threads. It is called a cooling blanket and while it’s cool and lightweight, I do continue to sleep hot and sweat. But it’s less and I still like my new blanket. If I get cold and put a blanket over this blanket, it easily slips off because this blanket is so silky. I’d buy another blanket for another bed. My only complaint is the colors; I wish there was more variety.

This blanket is super lightweight, breathable, and cool – perfect for hot nights. The fabric is soft and gentle on the skin, and it stays fresh after washing. Best summer purchase I’ve made!

Amazing. This is cool to the touch, soft, cozy, lightweight, fits in my washer as a king size, dries like a normal blanket in my dryer, holds up to my cats’ nails, and covers the size of my ridiculously thick king size mattress. Most importantly it’s helped this pregnant lady with night sweats sleep again. My toddler insisted on getting one for his room lol so I got him a knockoff and it is sooo not the same thing. I’d buy the sheets if they were in my budget.

We bought this in a King size, and overall, it has been a fantastic blanket for the summer! It definitely lives up to the cooling claim and keeps me wonderfully cool throughout the night. On top of that, it’s exceptionally comfortable and very soft you can tell the quality is wonderful right out of the package. I’m 7 weeks postpartum also and this has been a life saver. My only small complaint is that it tends to slide off our sheets a bit during the night, but it’s really not a dealbreaker for us. We haven’t tested it in the winter yet, but for warm summer nights, it has been a game changer. Highly recommend if you’re a hot sleeper!

I rarely give 5 stars to anything. Or write a review so close to receiving a product, but as of now, I am in love with this comforter. I usually need a blanket that's super soft to separate me from a comforter, but this one is so soft and the perfect weight that I absolutely don't need a blanket. I'm not perimenapousal, but I am going through hormonal changes and find myself sweating excessively more then I used to. I am also intolerant of too much heat and too much cold. It's unseasonably warm where I live and my bedroom is also on a second floor. So if someone has a window open or cooks, my room hold in that heat like crazy. Not to mention huge windows that face the setting sun. It can be like sleeping in an oven. This comforter gave me the first peaceful sleep I've had in a long time. Heck, I hate waking up at all, but this morning I woke up with a smile. No sweat. It gets warm when you lay still, however, that was perfect for me because when it was cold at night I just stayed still. When I got a little too warm, I flipped or kicked my legs -boom- cool again. I didn't want to leave my bed at all. It works best with an air conditioner and I have a manual fan pointed towards it for extra insurance of cool-ness. Nice color, no snags...I am waiting for spring sale to buy the sheets. As many people said, price is rather steep. However, I see it as an amazing investment because it'll keep and last longer then most other sheets. It also gets really hot where I live in the summer, so I'll use it all the time.

I have also had the pleasure of dealing with there TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! after only a couple months owning my king size comforter i noticed a a couple rips starting to form in the stitching. These rips were admittingly small but I can see them starting to form in more than one spot. So of course I got worried because I love my blanket and handle it with care in hopes to avoid any rips or tears in the fabric. I own this one and a queen as well and I use them both as my main comforters so I'll admit my hope was that they will either take this one back and I wait for replacement. Or keep me on file in case the rips get largeer. I emailed REST support team explaining my current predicament. What caught me off guard first was how quickly someone responded to my email, I'm talking no less than 5 minutes after I sent it. Long story short, a gentlemen named Jim, after requiring a bit more information decided that he was going to send me another blanket and told me to either repurpose or gift the one I have now instead of sending it back.. I was amazed by this. Not for just the free blanket essentially, but for the rapid response and fluidity of the entire process. My entire interaction with REST support team just made me feel as though I was a customer they genuinely cared for. it's rare to see a company have high quality products and a REAL "I can, and WANT to help you" attitude. 5 STARS all the way! If you have a high-end bedroom aesthetic, this blanket is NOT for you. The material looks very sporty and has an athletic sheen to it and NOT a luxury look. Additionally, the sizing is way off. I bought the king size for my king bed to help stay cool at night. While the cooling technology works incredibly well, the blanket barely covers the top of the mattress. If you have a deep king mattress, an elevated frame, or like your blankets to overflow and cover the sides, this will not do that. It fits much more like a queen blanket. We ended up shifting the blankets down a bed size, and they fit beautifully that way: The King size REST blanket looks great and drapes perfectly on my teen son's Queen bed. His Queen size REST blanket now fits his little brother's Full bed perfectly. It is a very effective cooling blanket that keeps my sons comfortable, but you must be okay with the athletic look and the short sizing. Not for me, but great for my boys!

Perfect for hot sleepers

This thing has changed my life. It feels instantly cool when you touch it, and somehow it stays that way all night. I’m not waking up drenched anymore, I’m not flipping the covers on and off, and I’m finally getting a good stretch of uninterrupted sleep. The fabric is soft and smooth, like luxury hotel bedding, but lighter. It doesn’t trap heat and it doesn’t cling to you. My partner even commented that I’m tossing and turning way less. I wish I’d bought this months ago. Sleep is back. And I feel human again! If you are a hot sleeper, please treat yourself!!

Perfect for summer sleeping.

I got this comforter delivered only 2 days after ordering and was amazed about the quality of it. My kid ( 8 years old - always kicked the blanket out because he is a hot sleeper) claimed this is his blanket now because it is “so cool and feel good to sleep with”. I have to buy another one for myself now.

I’ve been using the blanket for about a month now. I was skeptical at first and mainly bought this for my husband but I’ve grown to love it too! My husband who is a hot sleeper is really happy with the purchase. I’ve thrown it in the washer and dryer with no issues as well.
