WOW it works!
This is the softest, silkiest blanket I've ever had. The cooling part is like a huge bonus. And it does work. It doesn't freeze you to death - it's just like finding a cool spot in the bed and feeling refreshed. It got us through the latest heat wave in comfort. Perfect summer blanket!

Fantastic solution for hot sleepers!
I love this cooling comforter so much that I bought a second one so that I don't have to be without it while the other is in the laundry. It's seriously THAT amazing. I have always been a hot sleeper, but now am experiencing night sweats (fun times). I also live in the desert where our daily temperatures consistently reach a high of 104°. Even with the AC, ceiling and tower fans, a bed with temperature controls and "cooling sheets", I was still not cool enough at bedtime, (but my poor hubby was nearly freezing). This comforter is magical. The fabric is smooth and and a bit on the silky side, so it can sometimes slip off the bed. The weight is perfect for me, but may be a bit heavy for people with sensory issues. The size, (King Size) fits my bed perfectly and covers well. This comforter is essentially like constantly having the cool side of your pillow without having to flip anything. It's not an inexpensive purchase, but it's a true investment in getting a good night's sleep... to me, that's priceless. Highly recommended!

Definitely cools 😊
I got this blanket and all I have to say is that I love it. My husband runs hot and I like it really cold so I can use a big blanket. It’s perfect for both of us. Easily fit my king sized bed. The quality of the fabric is fantastic even after washing it multiple times it still soft and silky. Would recommend 10/10 it’s not too thick and easy to use goes right is the washer when it needs to be clean!

No AI here. Real person. Still LOVING IT!
Absolutely life changing. My husband and I are both hot sleepers. I get hot flashes and wake up a sweaty mess. We’ve tried so many different blankets, sheets, comforters and nothing has worked like this blanket. The king size fits our bed perfectly and the cooling feature?! I slept so hard and well for the first time in I don’t know how long. I noticed an instant difference even just pulling it out of the package. It’s so soft and freezing even to the touch. I will say the one thing we had to figure out the first two nights was that our top sheet (100% bamboo) was not the right fit. We both still woke up hot. Last night, out of frustration, I finally kicked the top sheet off and it was like a wave of ice came over my body. The blanket was still freezing!! You can bet I almost immediately fell asleep! Overall, yes. Absolutely yes. If you’re thinking about maybe doing it? Do it. For us this was an investment absolutely well worth it!

Perfect for heat intolerance
I rarely give 5 stars to anything. Or write a review so close to receiving a product, but as of now, I am in love with this comforter. I usually need a blanket that's super soft to separate me from a comforter, but this one is so soft and the perfect weight that I absolutely don't need a blanket. I'm not perimenapousal, but I am going through hormonal changes and find myself sweating excessively more then I used to. I am also intolerant of too much heat and too much cold. It's unseasonably warm where I live and my bedroom is also on a second floor. So if someone has a window open or cooks, my room hold in that heat like crazy. Not to mention huge windows that face the setting sun. It can be like sleeping in an oven. This comforter gave me the first peaceful sleep I've had in a long time. Heck, I hate waking up at all, but this morning I woke up with a smile. No sweat. It gets warm when you lay still, however, that was perfect for me because when it was cold at night I just stayed still. When I got a little too warm, I flipped or kicked my legs -boom- cool again. I didn't want to leave my bed at all. It works best with an air conditioner and I have a manual fan pointed towards it for extra insurance of cool-ness. Nice color, no snags...I am waiting for spring sale to buy the sheets. As many people said, price is rather steep. However, I see it as an amazing investment because it'll keep and last longer then most other sheets. It also gets really hot where I live in the summer, so I'll use it all the time.

'REST' assured, these are legit
I'm a hot sleeper, if I'm home I sleep with a ceiling fan on high AND my AC floating around 65-68 even during the winter. If I'm not home & can't get comfortable, it's because it's not cool enough & I will just sleep on top of the covers. Otherwise I'm a loyal, one leg in/one leg out of the covers to self regulate. I've obviously seen these advertised on Social Media because as Gloria Estefan once said, 'the algoRHYTHM is gonna getcha' or something like that. So I've been curious about the brand for a while now and needing to buy a new comforter I figured why not give it a try rather than buy a water based cooling pad or bed fan. The idea of being cool out the box didn't impress me, it's what happens when used that matters. This comforter managed to throw me in the best way. Night one I didn't expect for it to make any noticeable difference but to my surprise it did. My body gives off heat and even when I fall asleep comfy I will often wake up due to being uncomfortably hot or sweating. Two weeks in and I'm pleasantly surprised that I manage to stay comfortable all night. I'm a 'toss and turner' and I've managed to lock in and be in the same spot I fell asleep in more than once which is unusual...especially when you're used to constantly looking for the cool side of the pillow/blanket. I've also done something that I rarely do which is turn off my AC. A few times around 3 or 4, I've woken up chilled enough to turn off the AC. This is an extremely thin comforter which I would consider summertime thickness. Since winter is coming a few nights have dipped to 50 (which is cold for LA). I have tired layering my winter comforters to see if even under the thicker comforters it would regulate my body temperature better. I've got an Unhide Cuddle Puddle which is SUPER thick and tends to run hot as it doesn't breathe and a Buffy Breeze with a Sheex Duvet cover that is light, fluffy & breathes. Best combination has been the Buffy with the Rest comforter. I've enjoyed my experience with this comforter enough that I've gone ahead and purchased the entire set. I'm going to try the above combo of bed sheet under the thicker blankets to see how things go. But my experience has been positive and surprisingly so. Not often does something do what it's advertised to do however I am curious if this will wear off after multiple washes but I'm hopeful that won't be the case. Pros: *The material, the luxurious softness of the comforter feels different than the sheet for some reason but I do LOVE its silky softness. Growing up I had a quilt and this material is as close to that constantly cool denim feel I've found. Where you manage to stay warm but also cool at the same time, very much the cold side of the pillow. *Breathability, this absolutely breathes. While acclimating, it actually felt too cool at times, not because my night routine or room temperature was any different, my night routine is set in stone, but because this comforter tends to excel at transferring the ambient room temp to your body vs standard sheets/comforter which are a barrier to it. Cons: *Ambient room temperature is key. Having the room be cooler/cold does impact how well these feel/work for me personally. If there is no fan blowing or AC these do not work as well. My body seems to radiate heat and I will absolutely begin to feel hot again without the ambient room temp being 65-68. I have Alexa notification set for when my room hits 68 because I find at 70 things get a a bit toasty and heat will build up. *The material, it's way too slick and tend to feel a bit synthetic. Now having the entire bed set, the sheet, the comforter and the pillows will slide right off the bed. I sleep with 6 pillows, the only pillow that doesn't end up on the floor is the one I'm using. It's actually the only thing that bugs me. When I only used the Rest comforter with my Sheex fitted sheet and pillow cases, this did not happen. Wondering if the slickness will go away after a couple of washes but hoping that doesn't affect the cooling properties. *Limited color range, light colors aren't my thing but even the ones they have are not in line with my color palette. Darkest in my wheel house was Navy, I would much rather had black or dark grey. *Price: they aren't cheap but I managed to snag a sale *Durability, the reviews I've seen have shown snags, threads coming unsewn so I'm a bit curious how these will hold up with long term use and washing. TLDR: I've been a loyal Sheex user since as far back as I can remember. I don't own any other sheet sets so this is my first dip outside. As much as I enjoy Sheex material, I personally would not called them cooling so Rest wins due to actually keeping temperature regulated via breathable coolness. Totally worth it in my experience.

Was on its way to being awesome, but... beware one thing...
Let me start by saying that this comforter feels awesome and it legitimately effective at keeping this hot sleeper cool at night. Its super unique feel is so so nice. The problem... It developed a stitching issue in just barely over 30 days of use. It would have been awesome to get a quick swap to a new one and I would have highly recomended it. Since I was 2 days outside the return window Amazon directed me to the company for customer/warranty service. I reached out. I sent them my Amazon Invoice and a photo of the stitching issue. They promptely sent me back to Amazon stating indicating that buying through Amazon means the item isn't under warranty? Regardless, Amazon offered me the chance to return for a refund. For $170, I think an immediate stitching issue is a bad sign. But a company that doesn't even try to remedy a problem like this on such an expensive item in such a short window? That's even worse. As much as I liked it, I don't think I want to risk that much money again considering the lack of company backing.

Super cooling, incredibly soft, and perfect for summer
We bought this in a King size, and overall, it has been a fantastic blanket for the summer! It definitely lives up to the cooling claim and keeps me wonderfully cool throughout the night. On top of that, it’s exceptionally comfortable and very soft you can tell the quality is wonderful right out of the package. I’m 7 weeks postpartum also and this has been a life saver. My only small complaint is that it tends to slide off our sheets a bit during the night, but it’s really not a dealbreaker for us. We haven’t tested it in the winter yet, but for warm summer nights, it has been a game changer. Highly recommend if you’re a hot sleeper!

Absolute lifesaver for night sweats
This thing has changed my life. It feels instantly cool when you touch it, and somehow it stays that way all night. I’m not waking up drenched anymore, I’m not flipping the covers on and off, and I’m finally getting a good stretch of uninterrupted sleep. The fabric is soft and smooth, like luxury hotel bedding, but lighter. It doesn’t trap heat and it doesn’t cling to you. My partner even commented that I’m tossing and turning way less. I wish I’d bought this months ago. Sleep is back. And I feel human again! If you are a hot sleeper, please treat yourself!!

Cool to sleep with
I got this comforter delivered only 2 days after ordering and was amazed about the quality of it. My kid ( 8 years old - always kicked the blanket out because he is a hot sleeper) claimed this is his blanket now because it is “so cool and feel good to sleep with”. I have to buy another one for myself now.

It really works!
I’ve been using the blanket for about a month now. I was skeptical at first and mainly bought this for my husband but I’ve grown to love it too! My husband who is a hot sleeper is really happy with the purchase. I’ve thrown it in the washer and dryer with no issues as well.
