Try to taste the tea/coffee from this machine before buying it.
I bought the Atlantis Classic 2 two weeks ago, and it has been a huge disappointment. I regret investing 15k in this useless box. Here are the main issues: Temperature: The tea and coffee are consistently cold when dispensed. It defeats the purpose of a hot beverage machine. Taste: The premix ratio seems off; it tastes way too sugary and artificial. Comparison: My office coffee machine tastes far better than this. Service: Customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive when I tried to address these issues. Honestly, save your money. You are better off learning how to make your own tea or coffee on a stove than buying this machine.
