I randomly discovered these chips when my daughter picked them at the store. Wow, they are delicious! Sour Cream and Onion is my favorite chip flavor and these chips are great. They are also nice and thick for a satisfying crunch. The bags are pretty big so I usually eat half at a time. My previous favorite chips were Tim’s Cascade but these are my new favorite - and they are a lot easier to get in New York.

First time I had these chips were in Rhode Island, at the Fort Adams State Park gift shop. I was hungry and I'm a sucker for sour cream and onion chips. We don't have Deep River chips in California and maybe that's a good thing because these chips are so delicious and addictive! What I love is the thicker texture of the chip, the crispiness (almost like a Hawaiian chip) and the seasoning they put on it is like a flavor bomb. These are WAY more salty and seasoned than the chips I'm used to and I LOVE IT.

The chips are very crunchy and tasty. I received my chips on 1/5/21 and the expiration date is 5/3/2021. There is NO genetically modified ingredients in them and did I say they are SOOOO tasty! I was surprised at the large size of the 5 ounce bags (got a large "Deep River" box delivered not put inside an Amazon box). It does taste a bit salty though so make sure you have lots of water to drink with them. The sodium content is 130 mg in a 15 chip serving. The saltiness may also be the sour cream and onion flavoring though, as I have never ordered this flavor before.

The chips are not greasy, not over salted, and have a satisfying crunch. I have ordered these chips multiple times. They arrive undamaged every time.

Even for kettle chips, which are usually hard, these are building material grade. I could forgive the odd blackened chip but the whole case tasted of old frying oil as well. These are already not at a bargain price but they are also willing to sell bad stock by the case. No quality control, I'll avoid this brand in the future.

I tried these while on vacation and of course they do not have them back in my state so I ordered them here and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them ... the taste, the freshness, that I can get an entire case delivered to me and that they are healthy to boot. If you are a Sour Cream & Onion Chip LOVER ... TRY THEM You Won't Regret It!
