The seller proactively followed up after the order to check whether I needed assistance or advice with installing the ribbon. This can be tricky, so the follow-up contact was appreciated. I don't remember anymore if this was free service, but I didn't need it anyway. It was a nice touch regardless.

Works well and is inky.

Revived my Olivetti Lettera 32
Using this beautifully inked and carefully packaged ribbon restored my typer to its former glory. Quality product by a quality company.

Overall really good product and works well with the olivetti 32, will buy again as soon as mine runs out.
