how much will acceleration improve?

My acceleration only improved a little but my torque or power to my wheels improved greatly.. reaches top end faster... but decreases speed some.

Will this spring work on a Roketa 250cc buggy?

Not sure I'm using it on a150cc ttc buggy! Does what I want it to on it!
