How do you turn the audio on?

Thru the O-Kam app you download. You will need to activate sound there and adjust all your settings too

i only need this for live view to watch my dog. Does that cost extra? if so, how much?

There is no additional cost for using the live view feature to watch your dog. It is included as part of the camera's functionality. You can enjoy real-time monitoring of your dog without any extra charges. Furthermore, the camera includes a complimentary cloud storage plan that provides you with a free 3-day cycle of video storage. This means you can access and review any motion-triggered videos from the past 3 days.

How do I set it up to download pictures and videos to my iphone photos as I do not want cloud recording

Go to the video/picture. Click the down arrow which means download. Then in the app you will find your album, under ‘Mine’ tab. Click the down arrow and that will save it to your photo library. You can now delete it from the app
