Reviews are very mixed.** A: I looked at the tag on the Hilton pillow and this is the same. Why would it not be them? **Q: Are they hypoallergenic?** A: Not sure how they could be, they’re feather down pillows. I guess you could put a hypoallergenic cover on them??? **Q: we did not receive any information about the pillows...Is there any paper work that should have been included?** A: What kind of information are you looking for ? There fluffing instructions inside . If you haven't received it we can send one out . **Q: To achieve appropriate fluffiness, I think you need to put two in dryer with tennis ball for up to an hour?** A: We have never done this.
