This water bottle is as important as my watch. Without my watch I cant tell what timer it is and without this bottle I cant tell how much H2O I have drunk. This bottle helps me ingest the appropriate amount of water every hour. Without it I would be extremely dehydrated and very parched. I purchased a 20oz water bottle from the dollar store and used a Sharpie to draw lines that simulated fluid ounces. That worked until I put it in the dishwasher and all the writing washed off. I was devastated after the dishwasher incident and I felt lost. My health really went down hill at that point. My lips got chapped, my skin became dry and flaky and my bowel movements were non existent. Then I purchased my Time Marked Fruit Infuser and everything changed!
