Great cost effective screen emulsion
Good product. Iโm a professional printer and it works very well on my screens and exposes the images well. I was looking for a replacement of my usual product which is now ยฃ80 per tub. Iโve found this is produced extremely cost effective compared to other product on the market and works just as well, plus itโs ready mixed. .

Emulsion, I Like It
This emulsion works great for us. The purple is great as well.

DON'T USE THIS. USE BASELAYR INSTEAD.
I cannot stress this enough - if you are new to screen printing, this emulsion will make you want to quit. It is next to impossible to determine exposure times, even with exposure charts. Eventually I switched to BaseLayr and my screens perfectly washed out with an exposure time of 3.5 seconds on the first hit. This emulsion is garbage.

It works - after second try
Dial-in your own exposure time based on your set-up. For comparison, I usually use speedball emulsion + 40W LED Photo/Video Light + 15 inch from the screen at 5 minutes. For this product, I found out that with the same set-up, the exposure time is at 30 minutes! That is my second try. On my first try at 5 minutes (based on my known result from speedball): the emulsion just washed away - with sink faucet water! I think the sweet spot for my set-up is at 32 mins for intricate designs. It is only fair that I have to give this product a five star.
