I can't see the light on the ceiling

If the light projected onto the ceiling isn’t quite right, you can always adjust the brightness setting! Check our video guide for more instructions!

How long should you keep trying?

Dodow helps unlock the process of falling asleep and speeds it up. However, it would be unrealistic to expect a drastic reduction in the time taken to fall asleep, e.g. from 2 hours to 2 minutes on your first week using Dodow.

I have high or vaulted ceilings

If you have very high, vaulted ceilings or a skylight, Dodow may not work for your bedroom.

The light is too dim even after changing the brightness setting!

A dark environment is essential for sleeping. If your bedroom isn't dark, Dodow isn't going to make a difference.

My device stopped working or is erratic!

You should reset your Dodow 1- Open the device and remove the batteries 2- Place the batteries back, placing the middle one last 3- You will see a flash of light coming from the LED 4- You can now close the device, your Dodow has been reset.

Description

🌙 Light up your nights, breathe into blissful sleep!

BREATHE YOUR WAY TO SLEEP - Follow the calming blue halo to naturally slow your breath from 11 to 6 breaths/min.
COMPLETE SLEEP SUPPORT KIT - Includes detailed guides to maximize your relaxation practice and improve sleep quality.
PORTABLE TOUCH ACTIVATED - Compact design with intuitive touch control—just tap to start your sleep journey.
CUSTOMIZABLE SLEEP SESSIONS - Choose between quick 8-minute or extended 20-minute guided breathing modes to fit your nightly routine.
CLINICALLY INSPIRED RELAXATION - Users report falling asleep up to 2.5x faster with consistent nightly use over 7–10 days.

The Dodow Sleep Aid Device uses a gentle, pulsing blue light projected onto your ceiling to guide your breathing and help you fall asleep faster. With two session lengths (8 and 20 minutes) and touch-sensitive controls, it encourages a natural slowdown of breath rate from 11 to 6 breaths per minute. Designed for adults, Dodow is battery powered and portable, backed by user reports of up to 2.5 times faster sleep onset when used consistently over 7–10 nights. It’s a relaxation tool, not a cure, ideal for those seeking a mindful, tech-enabled way to improve sleep habits.
