As a professional electrician I wear out a pair about every year to 2 years. They're a great product at a good price they last as long or longer than any other brand I've tried. Review: works great Klein has nothing on these - I have been a Journeyman Electrician since 1980 and I have used several types and different brand names of wire strippers over the years. I had settled on Klein and Greenlee as being the most comfortable as well as versatile and constructed so they would last. The time had come to get a new pair and as I was looking for my normal set I noticed these and decided to give them a try. Much to my surprise once they arrived I decided to see how well the screw cutters worked, as this will usually kill a poorly made set. Cut through 6-32 and 8-32 with no problem the screws started into the boxes they would be used for with no problem too. Used them on the job for a while now on both solid and stranded wire and have not regretted the purchase once. ## Features - WGGE Cuts, strips wire and loops 10-20 AWG Solid and (0.8-2.6mm) Stranded - Built in screw shearer for 8-32 and 10-32 screws,Coiled spring cutting action combined with ergonomic curved handle. - Strong-gripping serrated nose for easy bending, shaping, and pulling of wire. - Handle is made of PP+TPR material, comfortable hand feeling, ergonomically design and optimal force-transmission. I keep them at home for small personal projects like installing speakers. They are relatively sturdy and the grips are better than I expected. They are a great value. I would be comfortable lending them to a friend or neighbor. If you are planning on using them everyday or you have a large project, spend the extra money on Klein. I use Klein at work and on larger home projects. They are very high quality and last for years of constant use. ## Frequently Bought Together - WGGE WG-013 Wire Stripper and Cutter 7'',Cuts, strips wire and loops 10-20 AWG Solid and (0.8-2.6mm) Stranded - WGGE WG-015 Professional 8-inch Wire Stripper/wire crimping tool, Wire Cutter, Wire Crimper, Cable Stripper, Wiring Tools and Multi-Function Hand Tool. - WGGE WG-014 Self-Adjusting Insulation Wire Stripper.
