This does the trick!
I live in the Midwest so winters can be brutal. I walk a lot in the summer but can't in the winter due to weather. I also work from home. I purchased this Cubii so I would be able to get steps and burn calories for the winter. I have to say, it is much more than I expected. I'm definitely getting at least 10,000 steps a day and I am able to burn calories. I keep it under my desk during my work day and on weekends move it to my living room (it is a little heavy, but I am able to lift it up properly by the handle and move it as necessary). It shipped on time and was very easy to assemble. It also works well with my Fitbit (hint, I put the Fitbit on my shoe via shoelace so it is able to count the steps). I am overall very happy with this purchase!

Cardio game changer for remote workers
This is just the absolute best low intensity cardio machine money can buy, but like any piece of technology, you NEED to be cautious in terms of the HOW you use it and HOW LONG you use it.This is my 2nd Cubii (first one I had was the Red & Black version with no LCD screen, but had bluetooth to sync everything to the Cubii app back in the day, now this is my 2nd purchase with the same features.) I ended up giving away my first one, because while I made it through half of year of amazing progress, I ended up doing near-permanent damage to my lower back, and was in excruciating pain. Doctor said I had to stop the Cubii or I would be paralyzed (jokingly of course, but basically would need surgery to put the spinal plates back together if I continued down that path). Years later, I purchased a lumbar support for my gaming chair (you know, those chairs that look like bucket seats in racing cars) at random, thinking it would help me better my posture and spinal alignment over time and it certainly did! So I decided to purchase this product again since I really needed something to burn calories while working the long hours I typically work 8-10 hours depending on the amount of tickets/cases we receive in our queue and projects outside of that, because once I'm done with work, I'm just mentally too exhausted to do anything else in my current physical condition (I'm in good shape, like I look like I used to bodybuild, but have extra fat layered on), so I wanted something to be able to multi-task because I hate doing cardio and this device is just the golden ticket, in my opinion.Fair warning though, DO NOT and I repeat, DO. NOT. try to exceed burning over 500 calories on this device in a single day.I have attached a photo of me hitting 1000 calories after my first 8 hour work day (THAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING) and while I was proud of that moment, I was also in an enormous amount of pain in my left Achilles tendon, and turns out I had actually torn it and couldn't walk for an entire week.I recommend 500 calories max, because your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) - 500 calories is the maximum you should be cutting for your deficit for weight loss. So if you do the math, 1,000 Calories (-500 from the cubii, and -500 from your diet) x 7 Days = 7,000 Calories = -2 Pounds of Body Fat per week, which is the MAXIMUM amount of weight you should be losing per week. If you are losing more than that, you're going to end up with skin hanging off of you and that requires surgery to correct which is expensive and I don't think anybody enjoys surgery, I sure as heck don't. That's why you see all these stories online of people who lose weight super quick and then end up having to get surgery.

I Love My Cubii! Very Quiet & Well Made!
It is quite heavy, my son assembled the pedals and placed it under my desk for me. I have this under my desk as I work from home. It is very quiet. I was worried it would slip around on my carpet as I use it, but I got the Cubii package that had the Cubii exercise pad and it is sitting on that. It is very heavy but I am able to grab the exercise mat and pull it towards me when needed. Honestly I have only had to pull it back towards me twice in the several months I have had this. I was skeptical about being able to see the display screen without crawling under my desk but I can actually see it most of the time and I have stuck my cell phone under my desk and snapped a picture of how many miles I've peddled also. This was a big splurge for me but I am very happy with my purchase. When I am on the phone working or on a zoom video conference nobody even knows that I am peddling! Also since the peddles are at a 45 degree angle, I rest my feet on them even when I am not peddling.

Mechanically very good, electronically terrible, customer service nonexistent.
The Cubii JR1+ was very easy to assemble, operates smoothly and the resistance settings work. The mechanical parts seem to be well made. The electronics do not work at all. The display does not light, no blue tooth and the charger doesn't charge. I determined the charger was bad and tried a known good one, no luck.Several calls over several days to Cubii customer service repeatably got me a recorded message that no one was available, suggested I go to their help center for answers and/or submit a help request. I did them all and have not heard back in three days. I'll wait a few more days for a response and if none, I'll return it.Update 11/2/2024: I finally got it to charge, a faulty charging cable was responsible. I do like the machine and intend to keep it. I changed my rating from two to four stars but what I've said about customer service still holds and is the reason I didn't give it five stars.

DOES NOT WORK!!!
I bough this for my mom for Christmas this year but I bought it in May. I just kept it until today to give for Christmas. I got it all set up, and plugged it in- the display blinked on them off AND WONT DO ANYTHING NOW!! When I tried to go to the warranty page IT NO LONGER EXISTS!! Total disappointment!! Piece of CRAP!!

Good while using
So currently, this is being used as a doorstop b.c my mom decided she got tired of it after 2 months hahaha. It is on the heavy side, so not easy to move but it's sturdy, which is good, so definitely nice quality there. There are different levels that you can do for all different types of health issues. After I broke my leg, I used this and it was great.
