Easy Steam Compact Iron for Clothes, Automatic Shutoff, Nonstick Plate, Light Weight, 1200 Watts

I really like this little BLACK+DECKER steam iron. It works great and it’s very lightweight, so it’s easy to move around and doesn’t feel tiring to use. The steam is really good for a compact iron and it takes care of regular wrinkles without a problem. I’ve been using it every day for about 2 weeks now, and it’s been consistent. One tip: use distilled water. If you use tap water, the minerals can build up over time and clog the steam holes, and then the iron won’t steam as well. Distilled water keeps it working like it should. Overall, great iron for the price and I’d buy it again.

I just received my black and decker iron. Oh I think it is so cute an compact. Right away I need to iron my track suit. The wrinkles were very tough as I had left them in the dryer with other clothing for several days and very wrinkled. I put water in the water holder and almost immediately the steam starting strong with no excess dripping or stalling. For the price this iron is great for travel and lightweight material especially if it needs steam, has a rotary dial for different types of fabrics. It is WELL priced and well worth much more.

Good basic iron Would like more control of steam

You can pay a whole lot more for an iron, but I don't know why... This one works. So far we are pleased with it. Don't have a lot of need for an iron, but sometimes it's as handy as a pocket on a shirt, good to have when needed. Long cord, smooth non-stick surface, heats up quickly,good steam, lightweight but does iron very well. Wrinkles don't stand a chance. Why pay more?

This iron is the best one I bought with this small amount, it’s very easy to operate, my children used it because it is non stick and comfortable with its long cord. You can also add water to it for smooth ironing. I love how it appears with cool color. The regulator works perfectly too, you can control it the way you want. I recommend it.

Perfect budget iron does what an iron needs to do. Takes wrinkles out clothes and hot enough to where u leave it on and face down will burn ur house down 😛

I own a lot of cotton so I need a functional iron. I am satisfied with the performance. At first there was a lot of popping and cracking noises when I first used it but that seemed to lessen. It steams well, you probably need to find the sweet spot for your needs. I had zero problems with water leakage. The only thing I did not like is the cord is a bit in the way when I seat the iron on its heel. I have to wiggle it a bit to make sure the cord sits flat so make sure you do that and the iron is secure on the board. Other than that, I would buy again. Will be happy if it lasts a while, time will tell.
