Great low cost pill cutter. I have used different ones before and this is a game changer. The adjustment wheel allows you to fit your large pill precisely into the cutter so that you cut exactly perfect halves. Other plastic pill cutters come apart as soon as you snap the pill in half. Highly recommend.

The best pill splitter I've ever had. Cuts multiple pills at once and the middle section holds any size pills perfectly for an exact cut. You can even cut in fourths.

So we had bought another cutter which didn't quite "cut the mustard"...so I bought this one. This is 100% so much better! Very easy to maneuver the sides to adjust to fit the pills snugly and give them a nice, clean cut. Husband's pills are small so I can fit about 10 in one shot-our other one, you could only do 1 at a time. And kind of fun to choose a color. Glad we got this one!

I used this to split tiny pills and oval ones. It worked great on the tiny pills. The oval pill didn't fit perfectly. It did cut the pill, but the halves were not equal. that wasn't crucial for me, so I continue to use it for my oval pills. I will continue to use it. Very easy to use. Like the adjustability.

The blade was originally off center. Instead of cutting my pills in half, it was crushing 1/3 of each pill, so I would have several 2/3 pieces and a pile of pill dust. I was able to use a metal implement to shift the blade over. Now it’s better, not great.

From someone who has been using a pill splitter for quite a while now, this one is the best I've encountered so far. The pill bed is rubbery so the pills don't slide around, the walls are easy to move in and out for clamping the pills, the blade is recessed so it's hard to cut yourself. Also, there is plenty of storage at the end for small to medium split pills and it cuts cleanly - even with powdery/chalky pills. The only downside I have seen is that it is a little large, and the hinge feels just a little unstable. However, for the price, it is pretty sturdy and durable. The color pretty well matches the picture from the listing, and it came well wrapped and visually clean. As for cutting pills, attached are photos of cutting three very oblong pills at once. I was pretty sure they weren't going to stay put when cutting, but they actually didn't budge hardly at all. As someone coming from a cheapy $3 pill splitter, this one is a MAJOR upgrade! Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs one!

Got this pill cutter because it was one of the few that you could adjust the size of the part that hold the pills securely when cutting. I had a very small pill for my cat and a large pill for my dog that I needed to cut in half daily. With the regular cutters the small pill would slide around and crack unevenly, but this holds a line of several pills securely and makes even, sharp cuts, without them breaking apart (very little residual pill powder and no uneven chunks). The larger pills don’t split quite as nicely, but it may also be the consistency of the pill. I don’t have any other pills as large to test though. For the best results you do have to line up the pill score marks with the blade. For smaller pills, if you want to do several at a time, it can be a little tricky. A pair of tweezers, forceps or even small, narrow (clean) pliers work well though to line them up (easier than getting your fingers in a small space). I took off 1 star off due to the large pills not cutting as evenly as I’d like. For the small pills I’d give it 5 stars.

Buenos cortadores para tabletas con buen soporte para el medicamento, no aptas para tabletas muy pequeñas, como las de amlodipino de cinco miligramos pues se desmoronan, me vi obligado a regresar a la navaja para rasurar, que es más delgada, muy afilada y aún así se desmoronan un poco menos.

Es un buen producto. Lo recibí en el tiempo previsto. Muy práctico para partir más de una pastilla, aunque no es muy funcional para pastillas tipo píldoras. Para las redondas está perfecto, ya que, al ir apretando para que queden fijas, las pastillas se mueven de lugar. Tienen que ser redondas para que se haga un corte perfecto; de otra forma, cuesta trabajo estar acomodando las pastillas.
