Good stuff
This really worked well for pumping iron at the gym, though if you don’t use the energy it gives you right away it makes your skin really sensitive.

THIS HITS DIFFERENT!
Wow! First I gotta say that I leave amazon reviews once in a blue moon, but this product made me do it. The pre work out is freaking cocaine, I mean you can go party with this. The pump is great, the amount of energy and strength is insane, and Rephyll make a big difference the next day by helping with soreness. This will deffinatly be my go to Pre-workout and someone I would recommend! Don't take it on an empty stomach and don't forget to drink plenty of water!

It's very effective.
This packs a major punch. Not for amateurs. This prepares the body for brutal workouts. Surpasses other pre-workout supplements. Not recommended for beginners, or those sensitive to caffeine.

I did the recommended dosage my first time using it. About 5 minutes after I started drinking it, my scalp started to tingle, then extreme parasentisis (tingling itching pins and needles) basically ran from my hairline down to my chest. I DID have a fantastically intense workout, but was not prepared for the constant tingling and itching thereafter. If you like sleep, don't take this stuff after noon. I suggest trying a half dose to start, just to see the effects. Drink gobs of water.

Item is unusable. Don’t waste your money
Pre workout was caked so hard in the package it can’t even be chiseled out much less scooped. This is the second time I’ve ordered preworkout and it has come like this.

Something wrong
A true lover of Beyond RAw preworkout line but something isn’t good with this one. I myself felt sick after taking this, a very unsettling feeling in the stomach and shakiness. Not the good “amped” feeling but totally the opposite. I would not recommend this. I ended up returning and sticking with the regular LIT
